Built on Experience. Driven by Integrity.
Lions Gate Remodeling is built on twenty years of craftsmanship, a lifetime of integrity, and a commitment to transforming your home with precision and care.

Our Story
Lions Gate Remodeling was founded by Aviv David (Dave) Sapir, a licensed and insured general contractor with over 20 years of experience in residential remodeling and construction throughout the Bay Area.
Dave’s journey in construction began alongside his father, who taught him not just the technical skills of the trade, but the values that matter most: honesty, integrity, and a commitment to doing right by every client. Those early lessons shaped everything about how Lions Gate operates today.
For years, Dave worked as a project manager for established general contractors, managing complex residential remodels; kitchens, bathrooms, home additions, and full renovations. He coordinated with architects, structural engineers, designers, and skilled trades, learning every aspect of what makes a remodeling project successful. But more importantly, he learned what homeowners truly need: clear communication, transparent pricing, reliable timelines, and craftsmanship that lasts.
Dave founded Lions Gate Remodeling to bring that experience and those values to Bay Area homeowners directly. His vision was simple: build a remodeling company where quality work, honest communication, and client satisfaction aren’t just promises, they’re the foundation of every project.
Today, Lions Gate Remodeling serves homeowners throughout the Bay Area, specializing in kitchen and bathroom remodels, full home renovations, ADU construction, and custom additions. Every project is approached with the same commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and respect for the homeowner’s vision and investment. Dave’s guiding principle remains what his father taught him years ago: “When you take care of your clients and deliver quality work, they come back,” and that trust is worth more than any shortcut.
